- Invoice and registration data: 7 years (tax law)
- Contact inquiries: 1 year after last contact

We share data only where necessary:
- Mollie B.V. — payment processing (independent controller, see mollie.com)
- Google LLC — analytics, only with your consent (EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
- Hosting provider — servers located within the EU
We do not sell your data.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Requests can be submitted to training@blackswantrainingcenter.com. We will respond within 30 days.
